What Is Texas Leadership Summit?

Reviving Leaders Where Leadership Began
Texas Leadership Summit (TLS) founded in Washington County, the birthplace of Texas stands for faith which provides freedom in the Pillars of Church, Education, Government, and Business. These pillars have been taking blows from those who wish to remove faith as the foundation of our nation.
TLS will equip the leader Texas needs now and develop the leader Texas needs tomorrow.
We want leaders to have righteous thinking based on God's word leading to righteous responses impacting their family, friends, and followers. It's time that leaders talk to other leaders and address the real issues. TLS is creating a network to unite like-minded people. We aim to start equipping, informing, teaching, developing, and creating leaders to stand for biblical truth.

WHO IS TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT FOR?
Everyday Christian Leaders – our mission is to Empower everyday leaders with the courage, tools and hope to ignite a revival of Christian Leadership.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED?
Small and/or clear bags are preferred all are subject to a security search. No backpacks and no coolers will be permitted inside the event. Refillable & reusable water bottles are allowed. Texas Leadership Summit will be selling beverages on location if you need drinks throughout the day, in addition to the water provided at lunch.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
The event is intended for everyday Christian leaders, and all attendees are required to have a ticket. We recommend young adults and older attend TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT.

ARE SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED?
Yes, all service animals are permitted.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
Hotel accommodations aren’t provided via your TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT registration. Please make accommodations directly with a hotel of choice if you plan to stay before or after the event. The weekend of the Summit is also one of the Round Top Antique Weekend so we recommend you taking care of your hotel needs sooner than later.

ARE THERE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES?

CAN I RECORD THE EVENT?
Please be advised and aware that audio or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the duration of this private event. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of smartphones, computers, tablets, iPads, cameras, camcorders and audio recording devices.
If you violate this policy you may be asked to leave the event.

By entering an event or program of TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording MAY occur.
Your entry and presence at the event, including the parking areas, walkways, and the entire premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name. This applies for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity in connection with TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT, and/or its initiatives, successors, licensees, and assigns, including and not limited to, by way of example only, use on Internet sites, in social media, news, live-streaming, and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including and without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance upon this consent.

WHERE CAN I DROP OFF SOMEONE ATTENDING AN EVENT AT THE BARNHILL CENTER?
The best location to drop off passengers is along Douglas Street near the intersection with Main Street. We do not recommend guests be dropped off under the marquee on Main Street as there is a substantial curb to climb and Main Street is generally very busy. WHERE CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE? 
All parking in Downtown Brenham is free and unmetered! We have ample street parking as well as lots surrounding the theatre. Click the button for a map of parking and the passenger unloading area.

DO YOU OFFER CONCESSIONS?
YES! Boxed lunch w/ bottled water is included in all tickets. If you have dietary restrictions please plan accordingly. Please arrive thirsty and ready to snack! Our professional and welcoming concessions staff serves snacks and soft drinks before and throughout the day. Proceeds from concessions are used to help cover expenses for the Summit, as we are a non-profit operation.

ARE THERE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES? 
We do have volunteer opportunities available. You must be 18 years of age or older, unless previously approved by the Texas Leadership Summit Director. You can see our volunteer needs and sign up to volunteer by clicking the button below.

Ticketing FAQS

WHAT ARE THE BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE? 
We would argue there is no best seat in the house – they’re all great! The main floor seats feature much more ample legroom, and the incline is very gradual. The balcony features rows of seats closer together than downstairs however they are at a steeper angle to help create a great view. Premium VIP seats are located on the first 6 rows of the main floor. These seats are higher in price than the rest of the seats in the house.

WHAT ARE THE SEATS IN THE BALCONY LIKE? 
Every balcony seat has a great view of the stage! The balcony is accessed by a stairway only. There is no elevator to get to the balcony and there are no restrooms in the balcony. Restrooms are located near the bottom of the balcony stairway to the right.

ARE THE SEATS RESERVED?
There are no reserved seats for the Summit on Saturday Oct. 5th or Worship Night on Friday Oct. 4th however, the sections are reserved, meaning VIP Floor, GA Floor, GA Balcony and GA Overflow Ballroom (if needed), which allows you to reserve what section you will sit in, but not which row or seat. HOW DO I RESERVE SEATS? 
The easiest way to reserve seats is to buy tickets through the Texas Leadership Summit website. This takes you to our safe and secure online ticketing system which you can pay for your tickets with a credit card and even have the option to print your tickets at home.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES? 
We currently offer a 10% discount on purchases of 10 or more tickets. To purchase group tickets, please call customer service 979-451-6888 or email Support@TexasLeadershipSummit.org.

ARE THERE ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES?
TEXAS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT & THE BARNHILL CENTER will ensure that every event has proper seating for all attendees.
Please reach out to the TLS Customer Experience team at Support@TexasLeadershipSummit.org or by telephone at 979-451-6888 for specific venue advice on wheelchair accessible seating or any medical conditions that will require special accommodations. Wheelchair ADA seating is notated on the venue/ticket seating map.

ARE THERE SERVICE CHARGES WITH MY TICKET PRICE? 
Like most all events, we must apply a facility fee, credit card & ticketing service charge to all ticket sales. These ticket fees are automatically added at the time of purchase, just before you pay.

WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS? 
Purchase your tickets directly the TexasLeadershipSummit.org. NEVER purchase tickets from a third-party website, to avoid possible fraudulent tickets. If you want tickets to a sold-out show, please contact Support@TexasLeadershipSummit.org and we’ll connect you with verified ticket holders who cannot attend. If you want to sell your tickets, Texas Leadership Summit can connect you with buyers on our waiting list. If you suspect fraudulent ticket sales, please contact Support@TexasLeadershipSummit.org right away. Please note, The Barnhill Center box office is not selling tickets to this event. If tickets are not sold out to the event, we will be selling tickets at the door day of the event both for Worship Night and for the Summit.

WHAT HOURS IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN? 
The Barnhill Center Box Office will not be selling tickets to Texas Leadership Summit or Worship Night. You must purchase your tickets through TexasLeadershipSummit.org

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? 
At this time, only card payments are accepted to purchase tickets.

HOW DO I GET THE TICKETS I PURCHASED? 
When you purchased your tickets online, you will receive an email containing your receipt and your tickets. Directly from your email you can either:
  • PRINT TICKETS AT HOME: conveniently print them at home on your own printer
  • VIEW YOUR MOBILE TICKETS: if you use a smartphone to view your email, you can click on “Click here to load the tickets on your smart phone” which will open a QR code on your phone which our staff can scan at the door. If you purchased more than one ticket, you’ll have a QR code for each ticket. You can simply swipe left or right to view your additional tickets.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
If any tickets are still available on the night/day of event, they are sold to walk-in guests as they arrive. No discounts are given for tickets purchased at the door.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 
Unless otherwise specified and expressly granted by Texas Leadership Summit, no refunds are permitted. Patrons may resell or give away their tickets if they cannot use them. Please contact the Support@TexasLeadershipSummit.org for additional information on reselling your tickets.

CAN I RESELL MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
If you find you are now no longer able to attend a performance, you are welcome to resell or give your tickets away to another individual. No need to provide us with the new holders name or information – simply give your tickets to the new party for them to use at check-in.

Who Is Champion Collective?

Champion Collective exists to build up the body of Christ through song. Champion Collective plans to release their debut EP, "True Theology," on July 19th. This summer, they are writing and recording a Christmas album that will be released on November 1, 2024.  You can purchase the add-on worship night ticket during your TLS 2024 ticket checkout. Worship Night tickets are made available for Summit attendees first before going on sale to the public later this summer.
