Tim Webb

Founder & Board Member
Timothy W. Webb serves on our Board of Directors. He is currently serving as founder and lead pastor for Champion Fellowship Church in Brenham, TX. Before that, Tim was the administrator at Miracle Farm for Boys, which provides care for “at-risk” teenage boys. While there, he assisted the Executive Director in establishing a new equine and family program to reunite young men with their families. Tim and his wife began their ministry together over 30 years ago while serving at the New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home. During that time, he worked with multiple nonprofits in eight different countries. He has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling with an undergraduate degree in Communications.

Joliee' Robinson

Chair
Joliee’ Robinson serves as Chairman of our Board of Directors. She has lived in Brenham for 20 years and has served in many organizations throughout Washington County. The Brenham Maifest, Washington County Fair, FBC Pals, Camp for All Board, and various school organizations have been humbling experiences and made her proud to be a part of this community. Formerly an Associate for Thrivent Financial for ten years she served as a Mutual Fund Specialist for Five Star Financial Group. Today she serves as a Marketing and Growth Specialist for Brand It Consulting Group a company with Brannon Industrial Group. She is happily married to her husband, Casey Robinson, and they have one son, Cody, and two daughters, Kenzie and Kirbie. She is a member of Champion Fellowship. Joliee’ graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agribusiness in 1995.

Laura Figueroa

Treasurer
Laura Figueroa serves as the Treasurer of our Board of Directors.  Laura and her husband, Rick, have four children and have been involved in the Brenham area for over 20 years.  She has spent her personal time as a teacher and Bible study leader with Champion Fellowship, and a volunteer and supporter of Compassion International and KSBJ/NGEN Radio.  Gov. Greg Abbott appointed her to the Board of the Lower Colorado River Authority in June 2018. She also serves on the Board of Arrow Child and Family Ministries. Laura is the former President and a founding member of The Arbitrage Group Inc., established in 1998.  Prior to forming The Arbitrage Group Inc., Laura was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s National Arbitrage Practice.  She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.

Rob McCulley

President
Rob McCulley serves as President of our Board of Directors. He and his wife Susan moved to the Brenham area (Kenney) more the 25 years ago. They have three children, Kaitlyn, Quinn, and Mallory, who have their own successful paths. Over the last 25 years, he has been actively involved and a member of both First Baptist Brenham and Champion Fellowship. Professionally, Rob has been in the lighting industry since 1984, serving in many different roles. In the past, he has been part of opening new offices for a Texas-based company and, for the last 20+ years, has been involved in multiple new company startups based in Boston, MA, Herndon, VA, and Los Angeles, CA., leading to IPO and acquisitions. Currently, and for the last 11 years, he serves as the Vice President of Global Sales for Ecosense Lighting.

Deanna Kenisell

Director
Deanna Kenisell shares a passion for our mission, serving the Lord, and worked as the TLS event coordinator for our Inaugural Summit in October 2022. Deanna comes to us now, a year later, in full capacity as Director of TLS, with an extensive professional background with Event Management , Fundraising/Marketing & Communications.  She has worked with non-profit organizations for the last 15 years to raise awareness, expand growth & development and ignite giving hearts. She is a single mom by choice through adoption via Texas Foster Care. She became a member and active leader of the Praise and Worship Team at Champion Fellowship. In addition, she is at the helm of Big Hearted Babes. This company consistently exceeds expectations by producing charity events for recording artists, corporations, and athletes such as Thomas Rhett, Dierks Bentley, Chick-Fil-A, the cast of Sons of Anarchy, and former Chicago Cubs Pitcher Randy Wells. While known for consistently breaking fundraising records and raising millions of dollars for charities across the country, you can also find Deanna handling small details that make each event memorable. Before managing her own company, Deanna worked in concert promotion and artist management, helping plan, promote, and execute some of the largest concerts for country heavy-hitters such as George Strait, Kenny Chesney, and Dixie Chicks. Deanna has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business with a double minor in Marketing and Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associates of Arts in Commercial Music Entertainment Business from South Plains Jr College in Levelland, Texas.

Cindy Brannon

Advisor
Cindy Brannon is the Chairman and CEO of BIG, the parent company of Premier Metal Buyers, BVR Recycling, Stop & Go Potties, and Brand It Graphix. Before that, she was the President/CEO of Intechra, General Manager of the Reverse Logistics division at HP/Compaq, and had a consulting business that helped businesses with mergers/acquisitions. During her tenure at Compaq Computer Corporation, Cindy received the prestigious award “Outstanding Woman in Technology” by the Association for Women in Computing in 2004. She has also served at Global Media Outreach as the head of Donor Development and Strategic projects and as an active member of The CEO Institute, a peer advisory group for Christian CEOs and executives. Cindy has been married to Mike Brannon for over 40 years and has one son, daughter-in-law, and three amazing grandchildren. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Rick Figueroa

Senior Advisor
Rick Figueroa is Managing Partner at Patron Partners. He is a revered community leader and small business owner. He is actively involved in numerous organizations, including the National Rifle Association’s Board of Directors, National Christian Foundation-Houston, Memorial Hermann Health System’s Board of Directors, and Kingdom Advisors Champions. In 2008, Governor Rick Perry appointed Rick to the Texas Judicial Council. In 2016, Governor Greg Abbott appointed him to serve as a commissioner of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and in 2019 Governor Abbott appointed Rick to serve as Chairman. From 2016 to 2020, Rick served on the Hispanic Advisory Council for the President of the United States. In all areas of life, he endeavors to establish meaningful lifelong relationships. Rick and his wife, Laura, have four children, two daughters, and two sons, and are actively involved with their church, Champion Fellowship in Brenham, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master in Land Economics from Texas A&M University and numerous certifications and awards throughout his career.

James Bethany

Graphic Design
James Bethany grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, and graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Communications. He worked at several advertising agencies and design firms before starting James Bethany Design six years ago. He has created effective marketing and communication solutions for more than 40 years. He taught Visual Communication classes at the college level for over 20 years and is currently on staff part-time at Champion Fellowship as the Director of Communications. James and his wife Wendy live outside of Burton, Texas, and have two children, Baylie and Blake, and two grandkids, Bridge and Brynley.

Phil Porter

Event Producer
Phil Porter serves as technical support and event production. He has been in full-time worship ministry for over ten years. He has grown teams and trained others to lead within their local churches during this time. Over the years, he has toured and coordinated events with various artists. Phil is passionate about training and equipping the next generation of church leaders. In early 2021, Phil moved to Brenham with his wife and three children to serve as Champion Fellowship's Worship Pastor.
